The items that differ from suppier to supplier include:

Hoses

Each system requires a Dual Hose to carry the gases from the tanks to the gas mixer. The length and construction of these hoses impact on the weight and ease of use of the product.

In the same way, the length, weight and construction of this hose has an impact on ease of use, weight and Operator fatigue.

Gas Mixer

The construction of the mixer governs the reliability of the gas flow and regularity of the applicator working when sparked.

The position of the Mixer govern the duarbility of the mixer and the impact of the blast on the mixer components.

Electrical System

The proximately of the Electrical System to the mixer can make the difference between a safe or unsafe operation.

The durability of the electrical system has a major impact on the relaibility of the 'spark' failures in 'sparking' systems has and is the main area of cerncern with these devices.

The closer the Electrical System is to the blast, the more robust it has to be for the device to withstand the explosions and deliver a long life.

Spark Carriers

The more integrated the sparking system the less the likelyhood of Operator Error.

Cords, cables and remote control fobs all contribute to degree of difficulty and impact on Operator safety.
