If you have any feedback on how we can make our new website better please do contact us and we would like to hear from you.

Hello. I am the author of this website, my name is Garth Mcleod. I was a shareholder of RPCS and I am a shareholder of  BurrowBlaster. I hope you will find this Website informative, fair, factual and complete. Please let me know via the Feedback Form if there is anything you want discussed, reviewed, added or removed. It is intended that this Website will be the one place where you can come for a factual, fair and complete review of all the burrow blasting products on the market.

Background

In 2008 this website was used by RPCS to sell and support a product called the Varmitgetter which was sold under the BurrowBlaster brand name. RPCS signed a 4 year exclusive distribution contract with Varmitgetter in Feb 2008. A dispute began almost immediately relating to the quality of the Varmitgetter product being supplied - this initial dispute was settled at the end of July 2008.  In February 2009 a new dispute was initiated by Varmitgetter which saw the Varmitgetter stop being available in the U.K with the last deliveries of the Varmitgetter reaching the U.K. in December 2009. This dispute has never been resolved.

Before leaving theVarmitgetter issue, there is just one statement I want to make about the Varmitgetter dispute in my own defense :

Varmitgetter brought many claims against RPCS over the 2009, 2010 and now 2011 period. They  also wrote many abusive and threatening emails to me and my partner. During the processing of these claims we worked closely with all of his lawyers and legal firms to try to reach agreement including agreeing to have independent auditors work through the financials and to bring in mediation. Varmitgetter never agreed to independent auditors nor to mediation. In 2010 Varmitgetter objected to our ownership of the BurrowBlaster trademark but once again they did not follow through. About halfway through the dispute, when they were unable to prove any wrong doing by RPCS, they simply turned their assualt on me personally and this continues unabated today.

We have an Excellent Reputation

In 2008 this Website had an excellent reputation for providing wide ranging information about the use of Burrow Blasters. This included comparative views of other products, methods of burrow blasting, legal ramifications and more. By mid 2010 we had decided to re-establish this website as a 'one stop shop' for everything you need to know about Burrow Blastering and that is what you will find on the site today.
